FINANCIAL ASSURANCE
Providing financial assurance to our clients calls for an in depth review and subsequent monitoring of key project components such as design integrity, environmental and regulatory planning, cost estimation, qualitative and quantitive risk management, delivery schedule, cost control, constructibility, completions and commissioning. JML ensure the systems and processes are in place to provide the assurance needed to convert best practice into tangible results.
COST CERTAINTY
Cost certainty works hand in hand with technical excellence, delivery assurance and procurement. All are maintained by robust project controls, meaningful scope definition and a well considered execution strategy. JML provides certainty by working closely with project teams to bring each of these elements together with clear mitigation for risk. JML provide insurance to project teams where the ultimate monetization of a project is paramount.
JML are uniquely placed to leverage great supply chain value. Often our clients specify a sole source supplier; sometimes we get to take advantage of economies of scale which, on volume alone, allow us to occupy a very strong purchasing position by securing some of the most competitive prices in the market for large plant supply. By using JML's financial arm alongside procurement means equipment and material lead times need not become an added delivery risk by early order placement and the cash to support the purchase.
